The best breakfast around! Excellent location!

Excellent location. Walk from the train station. Lovely restaurants and shopping centre close by. Tram line right outside front door. Breakfast was superb!

Great location and big rooms but breakfast was expensive.

The location was great, the rooms were big and the breakfast was good.

I thought I had ordered breakfast in the room price but I hadn’t. At €25.40 per person it was expensive for what it was.

Comfortable stay and great location

Plenty of room, comfortable bed, bathtub. Easy to walk everywhere. Breakfast was good and plentiful

Bathroom didn't have any ventilation and was a bit small. Not being able to lower the AC down by more than 3 degrees

great stay in centre of Helsinki

Really nice hotel, close to everything. Rooms and clean and tidy and the bed is very comfortable. The reception staff was super nice and the check-in process was smooth. Lovely breakfast with a huge variety of food. During our stay breakfast was till 11 on the weekend so it was super nice to sleep in a bit.

There are few buildings and our room was in the older part of the hotel. Even though it didn't bother us that much but bathroom was slightly dated. The room itself however was really lovely. One of the days breakfast was so busy we could not find a place to sit for ages! I know it was around NY so probably a lot busier than usual.

Wonderful

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet was exceptionally vast and various. Great location, close to all major attractions and public transport.

We were staying in the old building and had to take two lifts and walk quite much to get to our room

Wonderful

I liked it a lot: location, service, amenities.

The only thing that needs to be improved - the cleanliness of cups at breakfast. Other guests take a cup and then return it to the same shelf, so one morning the first cup I took was sticky, the second had crumbs in it.

Enjoyed my stay

Room was small but warm and cozy. Location close to restaurants and public transportation. Amazing breakfast. Staff helpful and friendly. Nina took really good care of us.... Also must mention Queen and Loice.

Nice room and bath, beautiful lobby and breakfast room, fantastic breakfast

The coffee wasn’t great. Also the room needed more cleaning, especially the floor and behind the bed.

Still very happy and will return my next time travelling Helsinki.

Spacious, clean, safe and comfortable. Walkable distance to attractions and public transport. Good restaurant good food and nice staff. Good price as well. Nothing else I can ask for.

We were assigned to a room that needs to take 2 separate lifts that’s a bit far from the entrance. Guess that’s the old building because the decor of the room looks old.

Perfect location, clean and welcoming

Easy check-in, 24 hour reception with helpful staff. Lovely smell as soon as you walk in and very warm! Bar facilities looked nice, though we did not use these. We went for a windowless room but it was bright enough with lots of lights. Spa facilities also good, clean and quiet. The location was spot on, we didn't have to get a bus, train or taxi anywhere and the main train station from the airport is about a 7 min walk, very straightforward.
